Your First Session

During your first session with Grant you will discuss your current situation, thoughts, feelings and goals. To ensure the most appropriate treatment you may be asked to complete one or more questionnaires to assess your situation in more depth. At the end of your first session you will be able to discuss the treatment options that are available to you.
